Unique Innovative Capabilities- 10 step
I. To begin this assessment, I researched what exactly Unique Innovative Capabilities is. Unique innovative capability is the originality in the ability of a firm to transform an idea into something new which carries economic value. For example, my partner and I are creating a fashion magazine in which entails a lot of people to submit and be excited about. To bridge this into making money, we have to get people to submit their fashion editorials and do everything we can to promote the idea so we can eventually sell magazines. It is a question on how you can get over this bridge- you can put in all the work, but at the end of the day we need to sell to flip a profit.
Taking a step back, I defined the individual words of Integrated, network, and structure.

IV. Felt experience
My experience of creating my words was powerful to say the least. I tapped into a place of asking myself, “What inspires you,” and “What CHANGES you.” The first word that came to my mind was sensory. It was a feeling out how can I create tangible words into an intangible meaning that will stick with someone. As I step back, I realize that it was easy to spitfire words, but to connect them to each other was the meaningful part. I believe the same is for how this class compares to real life and our future jobs. This class is just one aspect to having a successful future just as a word is one part of an entire sentence if meanings. It is how you string together and use words that make them powerful.

I think this exercise really showed that it is important to come together and study different concepts. As I finish this final assignment, I feel relieved, but walk away knowing that I take a lot from it all. I know more about my group mates and more importantly I know more about myself. I think in the future, tools such as breaking words apart and dichotomy’s are going to be very helpful.
