Re: Just Live

To just live is to engage with life without letting the thinking mind get involved and in front of the way. We need to just let things happen in order to get the most out of ourselves

Re: Doing Conversation

Post by Nate48 » 02 Dec 2019, 17:49

We need to communicate with our group members in the fishbowl if we are to create real value. Don't be afraid to say what you mean and put into words the true thoughts that come creeping out of you. We must be friendly in order to get good collaborative work done. The value will be created if we are able to proceed without thinking constantly about the product

We are entering a world where we are more and more connected to each other than we have ever been and this leads to a variety of different perspectives angles and shades creating a more complex society, continually.

Re: Reader response theory

We are using reader response theory when we work with the members of our group. We are invited into the conversation but share a burden of keeping it going by making sure that we give a genuine effort in reading the other members responses and giving them our own response to serve as stimuli

"we are all footnotes in the center of the page" to me sounds sort of negative. A footnote is an afterthought or something not particularly important to be referenced in the body of the document, while the placement in the middle evokes the word intrusive in my mind. The footnote shouldn't be there why does it think it can be?

Re: Stimulating CAS

a complex adaptive system is one whose name could be summed up with the word continuous. Things don't go on forever a continual straight line won't do so turns and angles and different dimensions of travel must be necessary for the continuity to continue. This seems to me what a CAS entangles

Re: Developing a voice

Post by Nate48 » 02 Dec 2019, 18:23

We need to figure out how we communicate in the fishbowl. We all have a voice even silence. My voice is close to that of a volcano, I'll lie dormant for a while and then you'll see a lot of content in the fishbowl all at once. But the lava was stoking the whole time.

We are creating something similar to a self portrait in the fishbowl. We are fleshing out ourselves and our voice as we move through this process we are displaying to other who we are and what we think. This is much more complex in the real world and with regard to the content we are analyzing.

Re: Reorienting ones vision

We need to return to the fishbowl and letters in order to understand the meaning that is contained within. By saying that we must disorient ourselves, I assume that you mean that we must blur the vision we have already acquired because it is not the final grand vision that we should have. When I haven't visited home for a while i've noticed that everything seems so small, I wonder if the opposite is true in this case.
