Nuance: Subtle difference in shade of meaning
- We chance nuance. We want to see each other's differences We want to determine differences in selections of words because that’s how we create value.

○ We want to stay rooted in reality. We should create organization that allow innovation so that we stay on the forefront
○ Design of the organization has to deal with the values
· Do it and get it over with
○ Only post what is of value
○ Can only add value when you know what your group has found

· Select 6 symbols (words) that happened
· Stop thinking about the meeting. Play with the words to put in a dichotomy.
· Create a reality with a structure ~ 3 pairs of 2. You can change your words for synonym. The details need to fit the abstraction or it's gippity goppidy goop
