Look for one sentence to hang your hat on to out of a set of notes
-Failure happens in an organization at the design and management level first
-There is a crisis with perception (Your looks, the way you act, speak, movement, etc.)

SENTENCE, EMOTION, EVOKE,
"They're your words, I just put them in order."
"Don't worry about it."
"There's a difference between the Leader and the Boss."
-Nick plays the boss where the writer is the leader, constantly bringing out things in nick that he didn't know he had, and he could control the room the way a Boss would.
-Tango Example, shows that emotion can be felt in the physical way of movement for the writer and painted an image in her head (Imagination)

A WORD HAS AN IMAGE
ways of thinking=each way of thinking is a DISCOURSE
We are tasked as a group with designing an "Innovative Organization"
"Quality happens, when you match a symbol (ex. the word mother) with your felt experiences"
"Learning & a mechanistic way of thinking are ENEMIES."
BECAUSE a machine does not allow innovation
In design thinking, you are becoming your own theorists by using images and metaphors (words) to engage in a continuous construction and deconstruction of meaning.
each paper we write are a highly personalized method for understanding and organization. using the metaphor of reading and writing, organizational life as its dominant frame.
