Social Assignment

Post by alopes98 » 09 Oct 2019, 10:53

Pre Meeting; I was a bit anxious as I wanted to get the meeting over with. I am familiar with Quasia but I am not to familiar with Kristen but she sounds nice. I spoke to her through email and text so we can figure out where we are meeting.

Post Meeting; I was the last person to enter the study room in the library; before me came Kristen and Quasia being first since she reserved the room. When I walked in Kristen and Quasia were already having conversation so I felt like I missed something. As I settled in and we began our social interaction, we discussed who we are on a surface level. Quasia mentioned her major as did Kristen and I and I had asked Kristen if she lived on or off campus. She let us know that she used to live with her Sorority sisters but not anymore as she moved on to being a commuter. I then asked her how she liked the Greek life and she said she enjoyed it. We moved onto job & internship opportunities and I got excited when she told me was interning with PwC as am I. I then told her that Quasia was also apart of the PwC team but she moved onto bigger and better things in which I expressed I was proud of. We then discussed what we did on the weekend and as Quasia's turn approached, she let us know that her new iPhone came in and I was excited for her. She expressed that she would be going to Newport to active her phone and I asked to tag along. The meeting then ended and we all said goodbye parting ways.

The first day of school always brings an anxious feeling but as time goes on, I become familiar with the atmosphere to release tension.
As the end of the meeting approached in the Sorority house, a group of members continued conversation in the living room.
For the annual October Fright Fest, NABA's Executive Team expressed their thoughts on how to make it better than the prior year.

If you would like to Design a comic book cover, you should familiarize yourself with a Plan of how you will do it.

Felt Experience:
When defining an Integrated Networking Structure, my felt experience aligns with my familiarity with being a business professional. Integration, Networking and Structuring is an exact SKELETON of what my journey DEVELOPED to become and what it will entail for my future. So far, I have ASSOCIATED myself with many professionals ranging from Alumni of URI, advisors, first year employees, managers, partners, presidents, etc. Throughout my time in understanding these CHAIN of people past a surface level, I have been able to CONNECT the personal side of who I am and the business side of who I am. By UNIFYING my bubbly personality and my ability to be poised, I was able to DESIGN a solid foundation of mixed personalities.
