Participant observation- is a qualitative research method in which the researcher not only observes the research participants, but also actively engages in the activities of the research participants.
Social construction of reality- refers to the theory that the way we present ourselves to other people is shaped partly by our interactions with others, as well as by our life experiences.
Symbolic interactionism- is the view of social behavior that emphasizes linguistic or gestural communication and its subjective understanding, especially the role of language in the formation of the child as a social being.
Action research- is an interactive inquiry process that balances problem-solving actions implemented in a collaborative context with data driven collaborative analysis or research to understand underlying causes enabling future predictions about personal and organizational change.
