Re: Fishbowl
I think it is true, we are forgetting how to write. I know I chose an accounting major so I could avoid any English related classes. Yet, here we are. We are writing to the rhythm, and learning how to convert our thoughts into words.

Action Learning
I think it is awful that neither the university nor college will approve the $500. I think it is important that the school to open up and realize how crucial this abstract is.
Action learning
process that involves a small group working on real problems, taking action, and learning as individuals, as a team, and as an organization
Results in creativity, flexible, learning
“Your approach in the fishbowl is most often used to help explore a problem or set of issues or to unlock some kind of new initiative.”
The fishbowl has helped us practice action learning. We are opening a realm where we are taking steps towards sometime much greater. We’re becoming more adaptable, more creative, and more flexible. As we learn more, we become more.

We live in our constructions
Thank you for the luck on exams.
Although I sometimes do not post routinely, I am learning a lot. I think it shows when I remember to transfer my work onto the fishbowl. I am proud when I see that my work is finally on display. For the moment, it seems as if I had broken through the shy barrier. Reflection is needed, and it was a great practice on the fishbowl.

Re: Final
I still haven’t decided which option to pick. I think I am leaning towards the paper due to my schedule.

Re: BUS345 Final
Thank you for the freedom and allowing for creativity on the final. It will be a great experience and great reflection. It will show what we have all gotten out of the fishbowl and how it has impacted us.

The final again (345)
Although the video seems fun, and group friendly, I chose to do the paper rather. I think with all my exams and distance from campus, the paper is the best choice for myself.
I hope those who decide to do the video are not afraid of being honest and allowing theirselves to peak through. I wish them luck on their videos and luck to those who do the paper.
“Here’s an example of a rehearsal: Write a letter to each Other for one minute. What would you say? That’s what the final is about, in 345. A letter! I meant to tell you that.”
I will remind myself of this as I write the final paper. I think it will be an important connection to the 10+1 steps.

Making your videos
By how we have all come together, I can imagine the videos are coming out great. Congrats to those who have finished their videos!
