4. Felt experience using these words
Nicole
A group project I had this year involved many different steps, it was very complex. My group and I had to meet several times with our teacher because we were unsure of how to complete our project. It was very difficult to figure out without guidance from our teacher.
I had to adapt to a new environment when I came to college. It was a very different experience for me living away from home and I had to adjust to the change. It was hard at first but eventually it became very normal to me.
At my internship over the summer there was a very specific system that I had to follow in order to get my work done. Part of my job was to address and mail out letters to potential clients. I had a very specific structure that I followed in order to get all the letters done in a timely manner while making sure to avoid mistakes.
Maddie
When working with my colleagues I often connect my own felt experiences to their expressed frustrations in order to arrange our ideas and assemble them into a common goal.
When I am put outside of my comfort zone I often adjust to fit appropriately to the new environment. This allows for me to avoid any distractions and focus on getting the task done.
It is important to assemble a list of tasks and set deadlines when working in a group. This helps with the complexity of coordinating in a system.
Jeff
Trying to manage your school work along with a personal life is complex. It involves being able to be self disciplined and stay on task. It is very difficult to manage your time.
Adapting to the college lifestyle is life changing. Being away from home allows you to learn how to live by yourself and take care of yourself.
Playing basketball at URI has allowed me to learn the different system that we use on the court. Each division 1 basketball team has a unique set of plays that they run in order to make them win games.

7. Word pool with the 2 dichotomy words
Nicole: (Complicated) complex, involved, elaborate, difficult, hard, involved, sophisticated (Structure) construction, designed, format, framework, network, organization
Maddie: (Coordinate) agree, organize, structure, harmonize, integrate (Disagree) clash, contradict, differ, conflict, counter
Jeff: (Compatible) consistent, constant, likeable, agreement, suited, well-matched
(Conflict) dispute, disagreement, altercation, discrepancy, friction,
8. Restructure with words from new word pool
Nicole: An elaborate design provides a unique framework.
Maddie: New innovative ideas come from the clash of harmony.
Jeff: Someone who solves or learns from an altercation can be described as well-matched.
9. Another felt experience
Nicole: The fishbowl is a unique way to approach our class because it is a way of learning that we have not experienced before. The framework of this class helps us connect with our group members online and in person.
Maddie: When using the fishbowl I am able to see the different ways my peers think and analyze the prompts we are faced with. It provides a space free of judgement for one to share their opinions and ideas.
Jeff: Those people who are comfortable with being challenged and facing hard situations have prepared themselves for the future. The fishbowl has allowed students to come together with their thoughts and opinions. Students may disagree with one another but can always come into an agreement.
