-We are learning to connect with each other. Connectivity is big.
-I am making a commitment to read everything my group members post.
-Connection with other people happens in my head (exchange of symbols)
-We lead symbolic lives.
-In the beginning was the word and the word was with GOD!
-Restructuring and selection creates value
-You are creating knowledge; creating divisions and sub divisions
-You are sustaining each others lives when adding values and words to the groups. The interaction is always in the head
-Distractions mean I'm not slowing down, I'm not focusing, I'm not using my words
-Our differences rely in our mental structure (selection of words)
-Always ask "How So??
-Aghast= Filled with horror or shock
-Social meeting, concept of pre individual (write notes before the meeting)
-Ethnographic notes (open ended; over a drink or coffee)
-Circle 6 words and put them in 3 pairs (dichotomy)
-3 sentences! Under each sentence, write a paragraph describing the meeting
-Creating history as possibility
-Nuance
-Want to experience connectivity

-Taking each word, go into the dictionary and look at options to substitute that word. (Reframe the sentence)
-Restructured sentences (One substitued word can make you a million dollars)
-You can only innovate when you are open to different ideas
-Different ideas means new substituted words
-Intersubjective spaces; making an IMPACT to the group
-Eyes looking at eyes
-We are learning nonlinear thinking
-We are craftsman of words
-Critical making;
-Critical thinking means different perspective
-In a knowledge economy, ownership is the key currency
-You want your words to change your reality
-We are learning through association
-Learning to abstract (felt experience)
