BLESSED – made holy; consecrated, allowed.
STRESSED – experiencing mental or emotional strain or tension.
“The location from my house to the beach makes me feel blessed but the monthly payment has me stressed.”

One of the things that we all talked about at our social meeting was where we were living over the academic year. I live in a small, two bedroom house that is a two minute walk from Narragansett Beach. Most mornings I will wake up early to catch the sunrise which is definitely a blessing but because of location out rent is rather expensive. I shared how I work part time at a coffee shop but I am still stressed about making my monthly payments.

BEGAN – start; perform or undergo the first part of
END – a final part of something, especially a period of time, an activity, or a story; conclusion, close, resolution.
“As I began my senior year classes again in September, I could feel that summer was coming to an end.”

At the social meeting, we talked a lot about our summers and how we spent our time. It was so nice to be able to recap what I had dome over the summer and look back at all the memories I made. As we all shared our stories, we could feel that it wasn’t going to feel like summer for much longer because now school was starting and we were all getting busy.

FRIENDLY- kind and pleasant.
ANNOYING – causing irritation or annoyance

“Our waitress seemed so friendly that it was annoying.”

When Eric spilled his beer, our waitress was friendly enough to get him another full beer. When we first got to Mews, she introduced herself and had a lovely smile. As the night went on, I could begin to sense that our waitress was annoyed that we were taking up so much time at the table that she became passive aggressive. She was in a way, asking us to hurry up but in a much too friendly manner per her request.
