STEPS FOR SKYPACK
From notes, select six symbols (words)
- Pairing up the words into 3 pairs, pair up different words with each other 9abstract sentences)
- Then go into dictionary to find words and write out the definitions two words at a time
- Create a simple sentence (3) with the opposite words. They are independent sentences
o Then describe the incidents in the social meeting in little paragraphs

- When we share our differences we become closer to each other

Assignment 2
Sentence: “ The precise meaning and significance will vary according to the frame of reference through which it is viewed”.
- Write out meaning of all eight words.

First Person Action Research: step by step EXACT process.
First person action research refers to an approach to research undertaken by researchers as an inquiry into their own actions, giving conscious attention to their intentions, strategies and behavior and the effects of their action on themselves and their situation.

We are learning to abstract- theoretical, notional.

Textual turn:
Cultural stock or cultural value.
- Want to show people how we think and dialogue
Bountifulness: marked by or producing an abundance

Experience is dependent on your social relations within your group.

3 words that you associate with the machine in order to create a mental space.
The metaphor determines the behavior

MOVIE:
Every metaphor will have its own meaning.
- The emotions are real but false emotions, they are the Machine within the movie.
- Problem with education system- people think they are experts.
In the machine metaphor you cannot handle emotions.
- We all become meat heads
- When you follow living space it’s just dead text
Ballroom dancing is a metaphor
Story tells two people learning from each other looking for a companion

- Ambassador sets the right example
- Creativity means breaking structure
- Fran is not afraid to be different

- There is no excuse for what Scott did

Feelings before social meeting;
- excited to learn
- ready to eat some food from Mews!
- feeling tired today, hoping that won't be obvious
I am excited to catch up with Eric and Lindsay because we have all shared similar classes throughout college and have become friendly. I can't wait to hear about what they did over the summer and how they're enjoying their time back.

Notes after meeting;
- We all hugged when we saw each other again for the first time
- I sat next to Lindsay in the booth
- we all ordered a beer (pumpkin flavored)
- Lindsay and I are french onion soup to start, Eric had his beer
- we talked about our summer a bunch and what sort of work/internships we had
- Eric coached tennis
- Lindsay had a marketing internship with Stressed To Blessed Marketing
- we talked about our classes
- Eric knocked over his pumpkin beer
- it was annoying
- Eric had his burger for dinner
- I ordered Honey Burbon wings
- Lindsay had a pizza
- We all shared
- We had another beer and decided to have dessert and stay longer
- Chocolate cake with Eric
- it was so yummy!
- I began to feel full and then tired
- We talked more about our lives
- Lindsay has a boyfriend
- Eric loves himself!
- Eric gave me many fashion tips
- Food made me more tired
- Time for sleep
