Maturity and the fishbowl

Maturity is not gained just by growing older and wiser. Maturity is gained based on our own experiences and the tough times we have been through. Becoming mature is hard work, and it takes time to break through our childish layers to reveal a different side of us. different lessons we learn help us become mature. Maturity is a concept greater than time.

Action Learning

We are involved in action learning in the fishbowl; We are a small group of individuals that work together as a team and individuals at the same time. Active learning helps us be creative and collaborative. We work as individuals and are involved in the action of working, we then are able to sit back and learn from the others in our group from their posts.
