Buzz words: impact, engagement, innovativeness
What is your impact, experience of engagement with each other, and new processes and methods of doing things (Innovativeness)
Design thinking- change the way you think, first identify how do you think, and then show evidence when and where you changed your thinking process. Always looking for evidence, not enough to just say them.
Awareness of how you do your fishbowl assignments.
The how has to do with the simple fact of your selection of words from the dictionary
Substitute the word to make it very simple and clear for myself
Going into nuances
The shaded areas
Trying to come up with new innovative ideas.
Learning takes place upon reflection.
Have to have a realization
Enhancing your understanding through selecting the words. Also known as deep learning.
Put deep learning on Resume
Google searches: deconstruction. Don’t want to reproduce it. Stroke through in a superficial way, looking for one sentence minimum which helps you understand what you're doing in fishbowl.
Know authors names and techniques
The sentence has to be something you are comfortable with.
Relationships are breaking up more than ever because of boredom
Continually creating and recreating how you understand things.
Think on your feet
Critically means you are watching or reading but realizing there are other interpretations of it.

To become simple is a job, hard job, paradox
If you want to be simple you have to work hard at it
Leadership doesn’t come easily
