Self-reflection – introspection, purposeful and bettering oneself. Deepening understanding of self and perception of surroundings interpreted through that.
Participative observation – understanding through experience, putting yourself in someone elses or somethings position. Going outside of yourself and looking at it nonbiased.
Symbolic interaction – interpretations, verbal and non verbal, an understanding shaped by personal experience and overall awareness. Openness to other opinions and experiences.
Auto-ethnography – seeing what parallels exist between yourself and whats outside yourself, self discovery leading to an overall shaping of a wider grasp on things. Investigating ideas, finding a way to interpret what is already there.
Dichotomous thinking – categorizing, rigidity, in need of unclogging, and broadening the scope.
Structures and structuring – trying to format an understanding or concept. Compartmentalizing in the name of organization. Organizing information, interpreting lessons.
Interpretation – organizing concepts, converting experience into practice and understanding.
Sharing thoughts and mental processes – contributing to the collective, unified field, using a process to organize an awareness on information and experience.
