Friendship papers are coming together! They are able to change but are starting to evolve. Our social meeting as a team helped to form these. Sanjiv goes into detail about the social meeting and the friendship papers. We gain new thoughts and perspectives from meeting together.

Is it possible to allow bus365 into our papers? We are creating it from design thinking- the way are thinking. To use a digital society you must use design thinking. There is a risk but there is a risk for everything isn't there? So why not try and integrate bus365 into friendship papers.

Sanjiv shares his creative process with the fishbowl. It is similar to ours. We are all learning from one another which allow them to be similar creative processes. We all look and seek help from one another. It is important for learning. Sanjiv goes into detail from bus345 class on Integrated Networking Structures, he shares it with this class. Integrated Networking Structures goes into detail on the approach we have.

Working in the fishbowl is not just about responding and learning vocabulary it is much more than that. It is working with others, collaborating, engaging with others and creating. What is happening in the fishbowl is important. Everything in this course is a process that is being changed as we go. Things get to change as we are learning new processes. Awareness is important. You will always end up somewhere it may not be where you thought but you will be somewhere.

By writing in the fishbowl I am creating my own path. I feel like I am in this course. I am taking charge of my feelings an my responses to each letter. I am creating my own path and journey for this course, as I am working with my team and learning and responding to each letter. This is allowing me to learn and interpret what is going on and creating a path for knowledge in this course.

"For you are to be the Author and I the Reader"

In this letter, it talks about what we have learned so far in this course over the past two months. It is crazy that these past two months have flown by so fast, we have learned a lot. Quoted above is what Sanjiv wrote. In our 10+1 structures we are the author, he is the reader. We are coming up with our structures he is reading and giving us feedback to help us learn and to do better on the next structures. We are all learning from each other.

"Distance and space from conventional ways of thinking"

The entire process of the 10+1 structure is completely different than something I have ever done before. I never would group certain words together but in this assignment I did. It changed my way of thinking. Now when looking at words I will look at them differently and associate them differently as well. It has opened my eyes to think in a new way.

In the fishbowl and when working online you are your own audience. You are responding and you are reading it. Others may read it but you are the audience. Being the author and the audience is interesting as you then know what the audience wants.

Every word you think of is a metaphor. Every word is related to a symbol. The symbol will help you associate the word and remember it. It is supposed to bring up a feeling. This is good. A symbol and a feeling relating to a word or a metaphor. This all will help when doing the 10+1 structure.

There is a risk involved with everything. From riding a bike, to wondering if your paper is done correctly. If one sets their mind to doing well and being a success they can do so! It has to do with setting a plan and following through.

After both BUS345 and BUS443 hand in their hard copies of their 10+1 structures Sanjiv will create an abstract. He will create an agenda. He will take what we wrote and learn from them. As we all learn from one another and it is important to gain knowledge from one another.

"Every Voice is worth an A"

In this class it is important to have a voice and to use it. In the fishbowl we are instructed to reply to letters with our thoughts, feeling and interpretations. It is important to speak your voice for others to hear what you have to say. If you want to achieve a good grade in the course you must let everyone know what you are thinking and voice your ideas.
