Meeting with our groups was to create knowledge. And form a personal relationship with our groups. Some information is important to remember some is not. This is ok. Not everything should be remembered. Fishbowl is about formation and growth.

Overall everyone did well on the social meetings and their postings, it will get better with time.
Self-reflection- I self selected on what I had learned in the class.
Participative observation- The participant in the class observed the situation.
Symbolic interaction- The symbolic meaning of the word helped me understand it better.
Auto-ethnography - Using auto-ethnography, using personal experiences, and self reflection is key to success in school.
Dichotomous thinking- I used dichotomous thinking when creating symbols in the fishbowl.
Structures and structuring- My teacher structures the course around the fishbowl
Interpretation- I interpreted the assignment differently than my friend.
Sharing thoughts and mental processes- Sharing my thoughts and mental processes in the fishbowl is helping me learn and my classmates learn.

Insights and intuition are important. It is key to listen to them, as they can be right sometimes but not always. Our social meeting allowed us to have thoughts and reflections afterwards.

Sanjiv is hoping that our social meeting met our expectations or exceeded them with out groups.Everyone has their own idea of how things shall go or play out. Ideas and realities are different, both are important to understand.

In this course we are creating an episode. Using memories, minds can create history possibly. Internet has changed things. Transformations are important in society today.

Social media in society and living virtually online has taken over. Yes it is important but it has taken over sometimes a little to much. Small changes can change our behaviors, that can make an impact living mindfully in cyber world.

Words are everything. They are what depicting what you are thinking, doing, saying and your actions. If you want to change one of these things change the word. Posting responses in the fishbowl show our thoughts on the post.

There are two conferences. The fishbowl is going to be helping. Sanjiv explained so far what we are doing in this course. Our postings in the fishbowl, our social meeting with our team. How important fishbowl is and how meeting with our team was important for our success in this course as collaboration is key.

Conference in Spain in March 2020. We can request funding from the University. Deadline for submission is November. Many themes we are speaking about. Sanjiv creates an abstraction of what could be possibly submitted.

EGOS is a conference in Europe. Different universities hold the conferences. One takes place in the summer of 2020 and one in summer 2021. The conferences are for people to learn and build their knowledge. People want to grow and expand their knowledge when going to a conference. The EGOS website goes into great detail about the conferences coming up and what one will learn!

Class work will be on the 11 steps. We will work together in teams to understand the process fully. We will develop doing these steps.

Groups are starting to get on the same page. Everything is starting to come together. It is key with structures to work as a team and make sure everyone understands. Sharing is power here. Make sure everyone can understand your thoughts. Everyone a young child to an adult. Everyone must comprehend.
