We want to determine the difference in our selection of words
We are going after difference to go after value : creates digital space
Google- first person action research : “ inquiry into their own actions, giving conscious attention to their intentions, strategies and behaviour and the effects of their action on themselves and their situation”
Work itself is very specific and sequential
Look at words as symbols
You are learning to abstract:existing in thought or as an idea but not having a physical or concrete existence.
Post what is of value
You want to be rooted in reality
Textual turn

10/30/19 Notes
10/30/19
We are all born with DNA structures that are different
Psychology and physically different than 30 years ago
We are designing text as an organization - look at it as reading and writing
HR management
Doing structures multiple times creates innovative organization
“I see myself as a rebel and as a radical”
“ you guys have your own narratives”
You are what you express
Projecting felt experience -abstract
We are becoming our own theorist
Not copy from a book
Words and metaphors have symbols and images attached
When you chose a word you are making a choice of the symbol or image

November 6 Video Response- working creatively
After watching the short video about how people work creatively, I was able to reflect. It was interesting to see how they work creatively. Everyone has their own ways of being creative. Some of the individuals in the video had very interesting ways of showing their creativity, ways that I would have never thought of. When looking back at my notes from the video I can relate to Libby. Libby likes to ask a lot of questions, talk with others, listening and setting goals. I see myself doing the same thing. I love to talk to people and listen and ask questions. I learn so much from people this way. It is creative, coming up with questions to ask and then listening and interpreting their answers.
