Fishbowl 10+1
Integrated Networking Structures
Integrated: Unify
Networking: A structure in which cords, threads, or wires cross at regular intervals
Structures: Something made up of a number of parts that are put together in a particular way
Word Pool:

Victor:
Integrated: unity, combination, interconnect, twined, mixed-up, unhinged, affiliations, linked, collection, in-common
Networking: chained, organized, locked, systems, intercom, arranged, orderly, coordinated, team, configured
Structure: frame, style, worked, sale, type, establishment, assembled, composed, construction, form

Re-structuring:

Victor:
Integrated: An effort of UNITY in any example.
Networking: ORGANIZING the exchange of information/communication.
Structure: A FORMATTED actual style of something.

Felt experience:

Victor Baez: Throughout history, we all get more done when working in a UNITY effort. My best experiences in life are always when I receive help in a sort of capacity. This can be in a small occurrence such as shopping in a store. When in need of something, I rely on the worker to guide me in the proper direction. It is effective every time, especially when comparing it to just being in there shopping misguidedly. The only way I build this network of exchange was by ORGANIZING the thoughts I wanted to tell the worker. This solidified them understanding the communication that I wanted with this worker. In life, I desire this at all time when sharing my information with anyone that cares. The structure here is physical since it is in-person, but there are multiple FORMATTED ways to also execute this. One also is the texts I exchange with my girlfriend. If I send messages in capital letters, this means I am usually angry or excited. That format can easily be misunderstood, unfortunately.

Integrated: Woven, mingled, interspersed, unified, joint,
Networking: Intertwined, integrated, connections, friendships, teamwork
Structures: Design, framework, outline, arrange, complex

Restructuring:
Integrated: Strangers who MINGLED with each other can lead to strangers becoming friends
Networking: In a forest leaves and branches are INTERTWINED with each other, much like many aspects of our lives
Structures: Often times there is a simple answer to a COMPLEX question
Felt experience: For many people, you meet your siblings when they are born, or when you are slightly older and they are born. However, my experience was a little different. I have two families, due to separation of my parents, so I met my other siblings when I was much older. My dad brought us over, and we MINGLED with each other most of the night. For me, I gained two brothers. I was so excited when I met them, and for about 10 years of my life I had the best adventures with them. Our families eventually became INTERTWINED with each other, and now we share childhood stories and memories. We have quite the COMPLEX family tree, yet it is simple to us because it is what we know.

Structures: Before group work is executed, I make sure to ORGANIZE my thoughts
Felt Experience:
Integrated: I can remember every time one of my sisters get married (3 so far) I get the feeling that I’ve lost a sibling. But then I realize that our Families are MERGING and getting bigger.
Networking: As I’m about to graduate, I've realized the importance of using all of your RESOURCES.
Structures: Since I was in high school I have been working as a carpenter, while doing that I found great pride in CONSTRUCTING different wood projects.
