- Sanjiv is creating value for us by submitting our work to a conference in the hopes of being published and such an accomplishment can lead to increased salaries for us as co-authors.

- The work is spontaneous, and we captured our spontaneity in the papers
- What we did is known as performative writing, aka action writing, aka active learning

- In the papers we capture our freedom and individuality

- We are creating knowledge content
- The paper is about two concepts; to create knowledge content you need these two things:
1. Engagement: Engaging with the outside world and then conveying this experience to the group to create and add value
2. Expression: The public display of symbols (our selected words, our perceptual categories), or enactment of symbolic action (selecting words, changing words, discussing words with each other) for performative effect
- Interpretive event: When we interpret the text and post in the Fishbowl
- The felt experiences: Push them further by asking, “how so?”
