Unique: A business must be its own INDIVIDUAL self to drive their mission in society.
Innovative: The business plans needed for a successful idea today must be INVENTIVE, as so much has already been though of.
Capabilities: The COMPETENCE needed to make the correct decisions in a business model make or break the company.
4. FELT EXPERIENCE
Something that I have always grown up believing is being my own INDIVIDUAL. Following was not anything I ever liked to do and becoming my own self allowed me to be a leader. I once had to come up with my own INVENTIVE process steps for a project I was managing at work. The COMPETENCE I displayed in order to successfully turn a profit during the time of the project was not unnoticed.
