Step 4: Felt Experience
Over the summer, I interned in a supply chain role, where it was essential that supply chain team members BLENDED their ideas to solve issues. My focus was on process improvement in the distribution center, where I could NAVIGATE through problems by building relationships with people surrounding me. The operating procedures in the facility provided a stable CONFIGURATION of guidelines I could follow while learning how to complete tasks effectively.

This activity has sparked symbols in our inner mind. These symbols are overlooked everyday, but when sitting down and diving deeper into it, they represent our past experiences and feelings. The connection of one word to the next invokes thoughts that usually would be overlooked.
