Letter Responses- Craig
Welcome to the course letter.
I am exited for this course to begin because I feel that throughout this semester I will pick up a lot a valuable skills like vocabulary, attention to detail, and learn how to read people by watching. I am excited to begin working in a group so i can see how my view point differs from my teammates and other students in the class.

Sharing what we see response letter.
I enjoyed the content of this particular letter because it raises valid points about possible scenarios you may find yourself in, and how to react or reply to that situation. I think your outlook on communication is eye opening because I never put much thought into everyday things like human communication though different mediums. Also how your senses play a much larger role in your cognitive decision making. After reading this letter I will definitely ask myself what do I see when I read, and communicate with others.

Logistics Letter Reflection
At the beginning of this class I was confused about what our objective/mission was, but after reading this letter it definitely makes our mission more clear. In my early postings in the class I posted under my groupmates vocabulary and class notes sections because I was unfamiliar with this process. This post also made me become more socially reflexive because now I am gaining a habit of checking in on my group and other groups more often to see how everyone thinks and feels about our assignments.

Simulating a Society Reflection
The science of simulation seems like an amazing concept. Not having to rely on just scientific experiments and hypothesis, but on the mapping of the universe is extraordinary. It amazes me how far technology has come within the past 20 years alone. Everyday humans are expanding our understanding of the world, sciences, and technology.

Reading Each Others Texts Reflection
I am not going to lie, at first reading my classmates text was drudgery for me. However, after being engaged in class and taking good notes I have come to the conclusion that reading each others posts and texts is a huge learning experience. I feel this way because it really helps to give me an outside perspective on the same readings/notes that I took myself. I also agree with the fact how it helps to give me a deeper understanding of the class notes, letters, vocab, and assignments.

New Forms of Intimacy and Friendship Reflection
I am excited to meet with my group so I can really see what the dynamic of our team truly is. I want to get to know my teammates on a personal level so we can get a great head start on this semester. I believe that after this meeting we will have a bond that will make us strive at our tasks in this class.

Why we teach each other letter response
I thought this letter was very interesting and valuable. I agreed with a lot of what Mr. Nguyen had to say about both the education and political aspects of this article. I feel that the college education system is flawed on the way it "prepares" students for the real world. Throughout my last 3 years here, I have had some bad professors. Ones that didn't really care about what they are teaching, or the general development of every student. I feel that all professors should be enthusiastic about their class and have a great interest in the success of their students. I have had some good professors who have the qualities mentioned in the text, but i believe that there should be more here on campus. Even if the class isn't exiting or can be boring at times having a teacher that goes above and beyond to cater to their students can make all the difference in creating a memorable and valuable experience. This is what college students across the country are paying for, and in my opinion it is what many are being deprived of. Students spend thousands of dollars to attend a university and many of them view it as just going to get a piece of paper not to really learn and grow.
This is why i like the concept behind this class because we are pushed out of our comfort zones to try new things and learn to think outside of the box. These are real and valuable lessons that will help us to grow and become successful after graduation.

Assemblages
My group/in class society creates and assembles words differently than other assemblages because each group is made of of different people who have had different felt experiences. This allows people to think and act differently.
The actor network theory can be defined as " Actor–network theory is a theoretical and methodological approach to social theory where everything in the social and natural worlds exists in constantly shifting networks of relationships. It posits that nothing exists outside those relationships".

Is there a life after the fishbowl
Yes, there is a life after the fishbowl. While I don't completely agree with your statement that life is about finding a theory and expanding your intellectual journey, I still see why one may feel this way. To me life is about finding joy and happiness through all the stress and "chaos" that people go through on a daily basis. Nothing in life is guaranteed, so I feel that it is imperative that you make the most out of every day and do what makes you happy.

idealizations
Idealization can be defined as: the action of regarding or representing something as perfect or better than in reality.
This is what we do after every post we make, and group activity we do inside the fishbowl. We try to represent everything that we did/learned to make into a reality. This is what makes out felt experiences so valuable. It is how we bring content to life, and what makes our felt experiences so important.

Living Mindfully in a cyber culture
Part of life now is learning how to responsibly live in a world that is heavily affected by a cyber culture. This can refer to anything that comes from the internet, social media, and technology as a whole. Technology affects our life on an extreme scale on a daily basis in todays society. Everyone is just once click of a button away, distractions are always around, and it is easy to get caught up in the wrong things. For example, in class it is becoming harder and harder to keep students engaged in the classroom because the use of cell phones and laptops have become the new norm. Kids and adults are doing things online when they should be focusing on learning and expanding their knowledge.

Thinking Process
Our words depict our actions. In the thinking process, the way that we chose words and form them into sentences depict our actions. This is why we must always try your best to expand our vocabulary and learn more words that will allow us to enhance our thinking process. In return this will cause us to make different decisions because our minds will be expanded and lead us to make a more intellectual decision based off of the situations you may find yourself in. There is no downside to expanding your knowledge and word pool, but there can be significant disadvantages to not knowing. This can be the different of you getting hired for the job, or you being denied for that position.
