My experience with some of the words from your letter:
Constructing- Within our fishbowl, we are constructing our own mini societies.
Collaborating- As we complete our work, we are collaborating with one another and learning from each other.
Creating- We are all creating thought, understanding, and relationships within our fishbowls.
Watching- As we post, we are also watching to see what our group mates are posting.
Sharing- We are sharing our thoughts on the different topics and metaphors we are learning.

recapping the methodology of the fishbowl

After working through our first 10+1 on Integrated Networking Structures, I have realized I have done nothing like this before. By taking these works, finding their meanings and then forming word pools of each word, we are able to form so much understanding of this structure of a global business.

Reflecting a new society

Completing the first (10+1), Integrated networking Structures, I was able to get a whole new understanding of these words. Not only did we explore the specific words, what they mean, and their synonyms, we are connecting ourselves and experiences to these words.

further reflection on your performance

Looking at the fishbowl as our groups diary is a very interesting thought. We are reflecting on our selves and our experiences and sharing them with one another. We are doing this together and forming our diaries.

From doing this project and listening to your advice, I have seen the benefits of taking a break from your work and going back to it. When I did this, after coming back to the work I have done, I had so many new thoughts to add into my work.

Recounting anecdotes and honoring lived experiences

As I continue to experiment with my writing and using the (10+1) steps to express anecdotes, I am continuously forming a better understanding of what all of this means. We are taking the words we find and connecting them to our experiences.

Complex adaptive systems: the art of improvisation

As you talk about improvising, I feel this is something we are sometimes doing in our fishbowls. When we choose the worlds for our steps, it is almost like improvising as we form a sentence based around these words.

Inching along on the friendship abstract

When you said, "it is good to write down all the ideas as they emerge, and later we can cut back" it stuck out to me. When I have assignments with page limits, I have had many times that my first time around I exceeded the limits. While writing, I never cut myself short. If I need to cut my work short, I wait until I have completed writing my ideas the first time around and then I take out the weakest of the information/writing.

framing the second abstract

When I have to do work, especially writing, it is very hard for me to get things accomplished when I have a lot of distractions. Being a business major that enjoys working with numbers, when I have a writing assignment, it takes an extremely large amount of focus to get started on my work. Usually once started, I have a little easier of a time but the initiation push to get my words out is usually very challenging.

It was good to see you again

By posting in our fishbowls and creating these inner-subjective spaces, we are able to learn a lot about each other. Between all of our individual work and reflections, we are able to get to know one another more and more each time. It is important to read through the work of our classmates and most importantly our group members for our fishbowl. Not only are we learning about each other but we are able to see what approach others are using in completing their work for this course.
