Whenever we place a word into the fishbowl we are taking action is a great way at looking at how we are creating value in the fishbowl. By placing nodes and words in we are moving towards a clearer and clearer picture but we need to paint and re-paint this picture along the way.

Shift - to engage with the same thing but move along the spectrum towards a different approach or attitude
Way - a path or particular choice road which leads to a destination
Method- the approach and tactics we take in completing a task.
